As a rational person, you know this is not true right?

you have to pay the debts's interests when you are indebted, so as long as you pay, it's better for the bank and not for you. (note: this is an european point of view)

I understand that banks make money on interest but do you think the Fed and banks work against you? I don't think they have to. People are and can be debt free.

I read that (at least in the past, i don't know for now), people in USA were able to reduce their interest fees from their income taxes.
Also i'm not sure it helps the state to reduce its own debts.

                      Simple.

                      1) Spend what you can afford.

                      2) Never make purchases on credit that you can't pay off at once except for true emergencies, a reasonable house and a small portion of what is an affordable car.

                      3) Never put a vacation, wedding, or any other function on credit. Doing so is retarded.

                      4) Limit drug and alcohol consumption and cut out cigarettes.

                      5) Work as hard as what is reasonable.

                      6) Fight to keep down costs in your house, community and business
