It's not as weird as it seems.

I drew up designs a while back for opening RealTouch lounges where one would either pay a flat monthly membership fee or an hourly charge and then get access to a private, comfortable and sanitary room with an LCD monitor where they can select the video option of their choice.

The major problem I ran into is that you can't use a RealTouch device with a condom. This means that the device would have to be sanitized and cleaned for each individual user (dedicated staff to sterilize each unit after use).

Partial good news is that RealTouch now offers the shell with the orifice for only $29. This would allow monthly members to have their own private shell for their own purposes or discriminating hourly users can just shell out the additional $30 bucks to ensure that they have a new orifice.
