Sites that don't pay
 

Someone I know, and talked to online often owns a reselling company. I was reselling his product and got the first payment with no problem..Now he has quiet answering my IM's and has not sent me what he still owes me. He is reselling for dialeraccess, and never had many webmaster's. So I tried to help him out and get him some traffic..Now he has screwed me..Any ideas?
