Why? The topic of our radio show today is: "Webmasters who love to post (the pros and cons of being a posting whore)" and there will not be another Valentine's Day Friday for years (literally). The show starts at 2pm PT / 5pm ET.

I'll read some of the names (if folks respond to this thread, that is) over the air on the show along with the numbers, and if anybody with more than 1500 posts (there's a lot of you here) from GFY stops by and time permitting we can maybe get some of you folks on the show.

I suggested getting as much money back as I could from a dead end situation. The fact is that you did not notify me in any way of any stipulations (ie kill fees, etc.) before you cashed my check, thus fees that you want to make up after a contract are BS. This is common contract law, not me pulling a fee out of the air. You made the choice to keep my deposit money , now deal with the fact that your a crook.

Amp, show me where I agreed to terms of a kill fee. I never did, but when presented with the option of recieveing $1250 now and pursuing $750 later or recieveing $0 now and pursuing $2000 later, I did what I think most people would have done , took the $1250 and pursued the $750 later. By no means is me accepting the $1250 agreeing that he gets to keep the $750, thats absurd.
