Insomnia
Anyone else suffer it here? I fucking hate it and nothing helps apart from smoking weed which I quit!

the best thing I have found that helps me is to try and stay active until bed time. Get up and pace a bit from time to time, smack my punching bag (his name is Phillip dont ask), stretch. I had the worst case of insomnia and it plagued me for years. The only thing that fixed it was getting a sleep test done and being treated for sleep apnea. cpap machine fixed everything for me almost over night. I would look into it, it's changed my life around completely.

I'm pretty sure that the online adult industry wouldn't be what it is today if it wasn't for most of the founding fathers/mothers being insomniacs. For me, making myself get up early and hold 'work hours' helped but I am still an 'up all night' person at heart and it is pretty hard to really fully shift that.

Coffee puts me to sleep (really). A coffee at night really wipes me out.

I will try the exercising, my main problem is actually staying asleep. Once i get to sleep I will only sleep for an hour or 2 before I wake up and get irritable. |
