What business can I do in a high-end condo in downtown?

What business can I do in a high-end condo in downtown? The living room looks like a great working area. I don't mind making use of the space during the day time as well as the night time if need be. I just don't feel like wasting the space. I need some innovative and constructive ideas. Thank you guys!

Is money spent on beer different to other money?

brothel?

L-Pink 09-23-2012 06:05 PM

I would imagine the same home office as a low rent house in the country. Maybe even less choices because of zoning.

This is completely not the point in this case, do not twist my argument.
My argument was - why couldn't a man who owns a condo sell his sig space.

Keep doing whatever you did that got you in there..

beks001 09-23-2012 08:09 PM

Let me get this straight....

You have space in your condo for a business so you want to figure out what business to start to fill that space? Furthermore you've come to ask this on a porn forum where more than likely it will just be, "Start an internet company where ppl use their credit cards".

Just do whatever you want with it. It's just a condo with office space. (:

If you are trying to lease this out to other in as commercial space it will likely need to be zoned for this and they will need a local business license etc depending on the services rendered.

If you are planning to use it yourself and use for tax purposes it should be a partitioned room with walls enclosed to be able to take a deduction on it. What do I know though about business and making money. :-P

What city/country is it in?

stillsexy 09-24-2012 07:41 AM

It doesn't really matter which city. Just say one of them North American cities with 4mil+ people. I haven't decided. Possible to turn it into a studio for photo shooting, massage, nail spa? Need zoning? Legal if it's done in a small scale?

L-Pink 09-24-2012 07:51 AM

Lol yea, your other "high end" neighbors will love smelling a nail salon or guys walking around looking for the massage parlor.

O MARINA 09-24-2012 08:00 AM

You can start painting nails or blowdrying hair for all the beautiful women. Great success.

It's going to matter if following city codes for zoning. Then the matter of what's allowed in the condo based off the association rules for the building. Not wanting to rain on your parade but there's probably very little you can legally do in it business-wise. You know best on what enforcement of rules are like in your building.

CurrentlySober 09-25-2012 07:39 AM

Just say'in...

junction 09-25-2012 07:45 AM

Is there a co-op or homeowners association? Better check with them first.

CyberHustler 09-25-2012 07:53 AM

If all else fails, you can always turn it into an in-call spot :thumbsup

DamianJ 09-25-2012 07:53 AM

This is a great thread

slapass 09-25-2012 07:56 AM

What are you twelve? None of this will be legal. Your association has laws built into the agreement against these very things. Your lease does too if you are renting.

Once there is noise and traffic the neighbors will complain and good bye little side business.

Things to try - AirBnB is one. Or if you have a great backdrop. Wedding and portrait photos with the city behind. The studio might might bite one time and then realize what a pain in the ass it is and never come back but if the city has lots of weddings....

Some girls really can't work from home because of family, boyfriend, etc and hat is not hard to set up webcam studio. Most important to get is fast and stable Internet access because if you keep few girls working at the same time they would make pretty high upstream. Usually video stream takes ~1 mbps but I would recommend 3Mbps per webcam connection (upload) because girls may stream on 2-3 webcam sites at the same time.

Laptop with very good PTZ controlled camera from ebay would cost ~$2000 and you can save if you get used equipment. Add furniture, some outfit for girls, toys on top of that.

If you want to earn extra from it put few cameras around the house and build a webcam site for voyeurs which would be very good marketing platform. Keep it free for some time to become popular and then make some features available only for members but still allow free members.

Hit me up if you (or anyone else) need webcam site like that developed, our company is specialized on that.

PS: not sure about legal staff

ok... so the neighbours' main concerns are the noise and strangers walking in and out

How about private swing party with no loud music at specific time period? Can it be done? Anyone has done it before? How do they charge?

magicmike 09-26-2012 11:27 AM

Legally? No business. Condo associations are usually very clear about that.
