Apparently booze is killing people in Prague and they're looking for the stuff that is doing it, so they banned all booze above a certain %.

Looks like it's a beer and wine show this time around. Beer goes from 5.4% upwards to 12% alcohol for some barleywines, etc. Wine is around 12%.

Seems like it might be more spirits affected.

Pathetic prohibition of any kind is.

They're searching for bootleg knockoff stuff that isn't regulated and is produced poorly and introducing methanol into people's bodies, thus killing them.

Has nothing to do with prohibition. The government makes tons of money from the taxes.
