CSV tool?
 

Hi
I'm looking for a tool for managing CSVs that either:

Works like FHG2HTML but can be expanded to around 25 variables instead of 6.

or

A tool that I paste or import a CSV list that I can then delete or add variables for every line in the list automatically.

Do any of these exist?
