Need a new smartphone, what would you get?
 

Has to be Android.

I'm looking at:
HTC One X
Samsung Galaxy S III

Anything newer? Better? What would you get?

I would wait until the weekend and buy a S3 on CL or eBay. Lots of people will be selling their phones for the new iPhone 5. You might pay a little more but when the new android phones roll out later this year you can upgrade

I don't want to buy a used phone and new ones come out all the time, the one I have now is sluggish and starting to get on my nerves hehe

Go for the Samsung. Have it now a couple of weeks and very happy with it :)

Flash the CM10 Rom and wait until the S4 comes out in a 4 months.

I'm buying the iPhone 5, with the plan to sell it off and buy the S4 when it's released.

The Samsung phones are great, but their recording of keeping phones updated blows.
