I pay thousands for an ad and their site (along with my banner ads) are down all the time. Fuck I just need to find the site owners and bypass this middleman who is doing more harm than good

Maintenance is a good thing, all your clicks are restored during this too.

You dont lose traffic or $$.

what on earth are you talking about...if the banner I pay for weekly doesn't load or loads slow I am losing both money and traffic

They need to sort their shit out because eventually people aren't going to do things through juicy and try to contact the site owners themselves ... Now that's juicy losing precious clients and they don't want that.

As far as I know there are zero issues with the adservers at this time.
Your ads are up and operating just fine as far as I know as they are not related to the main servers and its all running through CDN infrastructure.

The website is up and running fine right now. Once in awhile we hit capacity and the juicyads.com interface goes down for a minute like any other large company in the same situation. I've been working on that issue personally today.

Yes. We had problems for a few weeks and we made some serious upgrades to resolve the issues with the adservers. That shouldn't be an issue at this time.

I have contacted you many times and rarely get a response. Earlier today my banner when clicked took about 30 seconds to re-direct when it was working. Had others from all parts of the world test it for me as well.

I tested it and it was pretty bad, when the banner was showing and clickable it took way to long to re-direct, other times the banner wasn't actually showing, 503 error if I remember correctly.
