I and 1000s of other affiliates are sick & fucking tired of pushing "LOOKUP" 500 times before stats data loads. My fucking god...pathetic

MediaGuy 09-18-2012 09:31 AM

I agree.

Colmike9 09-28-2012 10:45 AM

When I use FF it happens all the time and only loads the stats if I press lookup and look at the loading icon on the top: when it starts to spin with the black ring and ball, the second that it changes to the spinning green thing press lookup again and it loads for me..

What is worse,no one from ccbill to tell us to calm down here.I have that problem for months and it wasn't always like that

Three.Thousand 09-28-2012 12:22 PM

block their google analytics and you're fine.

candyflip 09-28-2012 01:16 PM

Have you tested in it IE? </canned ccbill response>

I noticed something: when loading the stats for a day, with 'breakdown by url' checkbox filled, so right after you click on lookup, keep an eye on what your browser is doing. On firefox you can see what kinds of pages it is loading, they usually just flash and change fast. If you don't see any 'movements' there and nothing is loading for more than 2-3 secs than retry. when an url containing some *livechat* in the url, than wait, it will load soon. I feel its complicated to writee about it, hope you understand. The bottom line is that on firefox you can easily see if you need to wait or if its wasting of time.

However ccbill admin is indeed slower in last weeks.

I would love if I could just have 'today's stats W breakdown by url' by default landing page somehow..

What is beyond my understanding is why such a big company offers such a poor interface... I am not an expert to estimate costs of a serious upgrade to a better one, but I guess its Peanuts for ccbill.. THIS is why i don't understand why they don't fix for so many years.... :pimp :(

symtab 09-28-2012 10:55 PM

They have a partnership with microsoft and they want to force us to use IE!

sojproductions 09-29-2012 12:28 AM

It is an absolute joke, if I had a client who I built a site for and they had paid me $500 and there was a chrome issue, i'd fix it, no ifs no buts. So why as a client paying 6 figures a year can I not have an admin area that works as it should?

john FVC 09-29-2012 03:17 AM

I was told not that long ago on their live support there was a "known issue" with IE. Seems like just about every browser has an issue with their stats tho personally have found Opera to work fine.

We were doing OK until just a few days ago, then it literally came to a stand still. Sales, rebills, and our affiliate sales to other sites. All stopped. Only a handful have trickled in since, and all but 1 or 2 came in within a 30 min window of each other, then dead again.

Steve Awesome 09-30-2012 10:49 PM

If it weren't for this thread I would have thought it was just me.

BSleazy 09-30-2012 10:54 PM

And nobody does a thing about it...

Fat Panda 10-01-2012 11:03 AM

ccbill fix your site...clearly everyone here is sick and fucking tired of dealing with your 1990s interface that loads like asshole

seeme 10-01-2012 01:49 PM

ccbill are a pain, they have you running round in circles when they screw up. Nothing is easy with them, that's my experience.:2 cents:

Kovachi 10-01-2012 01:52 PM

i don't even bother logging in to the ccbill affiliate admin anymore.
