He's done a fine job of that all by himself.

Shit, it looks like he is waffling on the decision. Just dipping his toes in the water and not making the jump.

Thats because he's a blow hard moron.

baddog 09-17-2012 06:52 PM

Why would he waste the money? Better yet, why would you vote for him as President of the US? Just because he is a Libertarian? I should register and run if that is all it takes.

lol, typical sheep mindset.

He thinks people who would vote for Ventura would do so simply because of his "party."

What qualifies Ventura to be PUSA?

DTK 09-17-2012 07:50 PM

IDK if he's qualified to be President, but he has one thing 100% right - the Dems and Repubs are equally worthless because virtually all of them are bought and paid for by big money interests, and have completely sold us out.

Of course, saying things like that will get you labeled a kook in this country...because telling the truth about that is very much, you know, frowned upon.

btw, I saw him interviewed the other day...he said that if Ron Paul quit the Republican party and ran as an Independent, he'd absolutely run with him. Agree with them or not, at least you'd have a couple people with real integrity AND actually give a fuck about the country.

You seem to know nothing about the man, so why are you even talking about him?

If you care at all (we know you don't though) then go read some of his books and you will understand why someone would vote for him, instead of asking someone on a porn board to explain it all for you.

Here's his latest book... DemoCRIPS and ReBLOODlicans: No More Gangs in Government:

http://www.amazon.com/DemoCRIPS-ReBL...=jesse+ventura

Quote:

DemoCRIPS and ReBLOODlicans uncovers the truth about how corporations have bought the American electoral and legislative process through the power of lobbyists, campaign contributions, and political action committees. Using historical details, such as the development of the two-party system and the advent of third-party candidates throughout U.S. history, DemoCRIPS and ReBLOODlicans exposes how the two major parties have allowed corporations, businesses, and politically-motivated wealthy individuals to manipulate elections, bribe elected officials, and silence the average American voter.

Exposing the ineptitude and gang-like mentalities of both parties, Ventura advocates the replacement of the two-party system with a no-party system based on the ideals of our Founding Fathers. As election time rolls around, this is most certainly the book that should be looked at for reforming our electoral system.

Saying the Reps and Dems are the same is all it takes?. I am going to have to register as a Libertarian and start running for public office.

Let's see, you might be 25; I have known about Ventura as Governor 14 years ago, which would put you at 11, so I think it is safe to say I know more about him than you think.

I'm basing this on what I've known of him previously. Is it his new modus operandi to portray himself not as a paranoid freak?

Oh you knew the simple fact that Ventura was governor? Congrats, anyone who can read a news headline knew that. You totally ignored the part about actually reading a book by the man. That was my point, understanding his philosophy, not regurgitating simple facts like "he was a governor."

First you said all it takes to be president is to be a Libertarian. Now you're saying all it takes to be president is to say the Reps and Dems are the same.

Really? That's ALL it takes? You can't be that simple-minded.

Like I already said, you don't seem to know a damn thing about Ventura and that is why you don't have any clue why he has a following.

Read his books if you want to understand. I know you won't though, you'll just keep making dumbass baseless uninformed statements.

No, that's not it. He's saying that they serve the big money interests that got them elected, not their constituents.

HTMwrestling 09-17-2012 08:21 PM

What did Ventura say that was crazy? Legit question because I can't remember, am too lazy to google and just want to increase my postcount :)

Put down the pipe. I do not need to read his books or a newspaper article to know him, to know his history, to know how he got elected, to know what happened after he was elected. Did I overestimate on how old you are?

Yeah, he bought his election with a bunch of college kids that thought that $200 (or whatever it ended up being) was better put in their pocket that to the benefit of the masses.

I will admit, I had to hand it to him, he sewed that election up . . . even if he did not know what to do with it after he got it. :2 cents:

My age is irrelevant, so is yours, but the only reason we know how old you are is because you choose to post a picture of your old ass face on here. lol

Anyways, the point still remains: you don't seem to understand why Ventura would be a better president than all these other puppet douchebags we've had lately, and that pretty much renders you useless in this discussion.

My point remains intact, you have not provided ONE thing that qualifies him other than perhaps he wrote a book.

And while I was going to ignore it, age does make a difference because some of us REMEMBER what happened rather than having to read a book written by the guy to see if he even mentions it. :2 cents:

Why are you still talking about me providing things that qualify him when I already told you I'm not going to do it and I referred you to a book of his? I could write a 20 page response about Ventura and what he stands for, but why would I do that for some guy on a porn forum who doesn't even really give a flying fuck?

And did you actually just imply that "writing a book" was a reason given by me for why he is qualified to be president? Wtf? Be serious.

Ventura...basically...has not found a conspiracy theory that he does not agree with...thus he is a kook...but I lean towards liking him on a personal level...where as I do not like most kooks.
