Want to get a dog, allergies slight problem, any suggestions?
 

So this bundle of cuteness left about 3 weeks ago when my friend got back from hiking the Colorado trail to pick him up. He slept with me in my bed every night and would lay right next to me the entire time I was working at the computers. He was with me 2 months
I'm starting to feel a little sad he's gone :(

He was perfect except I was allergic to him, you could argue not to let him sleep in the bed of course. He was bathed once a week, maybe 2-3 times would help the allergies.

Wondering if there are any dogs that are a little kinder to allergies. No cats, dogs have exude affection, cats... they exist.

If you're allergic to dog dander frequently bathing the mutt will dry out his skin and make things worse.

stuffed animals. actually it may help you build up an immunity

Why do you let him sleep in YOUR bed?

Lots of dogs are hypo allergenic - poodles are the only one I know off the top of my head.

Better to just not get a dog.

I wouldn't exactly trust that list. The doberman is listed Nd mine shed and had dander. The three I'm sure about are the Poodle, the Airedale and the Wheaten terrier. Possibly the Bichon as well. I think the key is that they have hair and not fur.

We have a shih tzu and would not trade for her. She does not shead have dander. They are extremely smart as well.

please research dogs before/if you decide to get one

Get a fish instead

Get a GF or BF instead.
