Up to an overall stats of 1:2700 this month with CCBill - fucking dreadful!
SR is predicting my CCBill sales this month will be halved.

what is SR? I look at each join and make sure the affiliate got credit, if not I add the join to him, The last three did not and I had to add them. It does not happen that often but three in a row is a lot. Normally it might be three a month. Any reason why?

BTW, i was talking as an affiliate. From what you are saying, it sounds like CCBill are having tracking issues?

I see so many negative posts about CCBILL and yet webmasters continue to use them I sure most programs have more than one processor now

How do you track this exactly? And three is a row clearly means something is wrong.

Ive just came from vacation. Same. I am shocked. Conversion is in this moment 1:1837 while last month was 1:940 or month before that 1:854. wtf is going on.

Maybe it's your traffic source that's changed? If most of your traffic comes from google then check your visitor countries.. Maybe google just sends you indian traffic.

My ccbill is 1:2000 this month while August was 1:1500

i've given up on google since Penguin.

I have referred 3 new ccbill sales so far this month. Last month I got 0 new sales.

I blame it on private browsing and extreme fraud protection.

well I only have like 5 affiliates and when I get a join I have tracking in the members area, I get the IP and search for it on the tour and it will show how they reached the site. By that I can see which affiliate sent him. It could be weeks later or they even typed it in. If I can find out where it came from I still give it to that affiliate.

I had 0 new sales yesterday on one of my accounts, that's never ever happened before in 2 years with this particular site, and it normally does around 8-10 per day plus Rebills. But on the flipside another account I manage kicked ass yesterday, go figure.

As an affiliate, I've had close to 20 programs stop paying me over the past few years - I'll take a few CCBill issues here and there any day over nothing. :thumbsup

It's a pattern in sales. Sept is always down. Due to buying the kids back to school crap. Picks up Mid Oct when the credit cards get paid.

I only use CCBill and have sales everyday, only get declines maybe once or twice a week. I'm guessing your problem is somewhere else.

I can't figure why these yo-yo numbers. I can get 15 sales in one day and the day after only 2. The traffic is steady. Always the same.

Thats what I am trying to see for only 3 years....the subtleties the anomalies...all of which cause more questions then answers...

there has not been a such thing as multiple rebills and multiple sales on the same day in ages.

No matter how much traffic, or affiliates there is a vertical limit to what some accounts can achieve....anyone disputing this or denying this is devoid of common sense and disconnected from reality

Looking at reports I see hole after hole...and days with the holes had we used a BACK UP PROCESSOR there would be no got damn holes!@@@

45% form submits monday....5% form hits on tuesday then 37% on wednesday...then 0% on thursday...then 42% on friday...

I like to hear something like this. I usually give up on what should be decent programs, when I'm just not making the sales. Some program owners won't bother.

It is not worth losing what couple affiliates I have if my ratio is bad because some did not get counted. I may lose 15 bucks but I get it back by having an affiliate in the first place. Today was nice and all joins were counted for so not sure why some slip by other then type-ins. If I can track it they get credit for it one way or another

ccbill sales come in waves. scrub on scrub off.

The 4-5 I have now and very nice guys and nice to work with, I am by far a pro at the pay site game so if I had a lot of affiliates or ones that want you to do everything for them I would not have time for all the other stuff I do.
I made offers in the past when everyone was bitching about shaving that anyone could have someone join at anytime to make sure they got the join and I would even refund them so they knew nothing was going on.
Some affiliates have even helped me promote their sites and others so it goes both ways too. I am working on moving pay sites up on my priority list because DVD sales are not what they use to be and custom video requests are down also.
We have always done well making custom videos and have over 1000 paying customers on our custom video mailing list and 25K on the DVD mailing list. They give us the ideas/scripts and pay the model fees to make the video. You cannot beat that :)

Because that's what happens when you do a low volume like that. It's not rocket science. Start doing 50 or 100 sales a day and numbers will be way more steady.

LOL I have to agree that you cannot talk about numbers or good and bad days based on stuff when you are talking about just your own numbers. I think even with 50 joins a day that is not enough to get a look at the big picture. You are comparing it to such a large number it just doesn't work.
I can say my sales are up or down compared to my own but by no means could I think it would show how everyone is doing.
