Just got some videos back from our guy who streams and he says this is working

But it does not work for me. So can you guys take a look and tell me if it works. It's either our computers are wrong or he is wrong.

works for me

it wants windows media 9. just encode with WMP 7/8 codec and you should be fine.

works for me but it did download a codec which may be his problem. Im using WM8 and I had the 9 codecs installed so not sure which one it downloaded.

No offence, that was nasty. I closed my media player before it had a chance to load. TOO SLOW!!!! I didn't even get a chance to watch it....lost patience.

check your screen, mine was tinted a little pink.

This is very confusing, it flashes on my Windos 9 and on Eva's machine which still as WMV6

Will download version 8 and see what happens.

I just downloaded WMP7 to our webmasters computer, it went to get a codec then it did not play the visual, just the sound. I have WMP 9 on my machine and it will not play, but it does on yours.

Come on one of you computer geniuses give me the answer. :)

This is one of the old videos we have, I used to shoot a lot of video back in the 90s. Yes it's old. But who is interested at $35 a 20 minute clip. In two format Divx and WMV via FTP and Mpeg via CD?

Had to download the codec, but then everything worked fine here in Holland....

didnt work for me charly ( sound only) , but then again: I run the standard media player which came with win xp. no updates, no extra codecs except divx... nothing fancy.

We will be selling them from PMCS to start with and the very poor/bad ones will go into the BBCS.

Late 80s and early 90s I ran a video mail order company in the UK called Astral Blue and it was very successful. However none of the videos conformed to what the UK authorities would allow to be licensed. Eventually I was raided, not by the porn squad/police but by the Local Town Council Trading Standards. :mad:

Now with the Internet going well and video being asked for I'm re releasing all the content to websites. Prices I think will be keen. :)

As fro the problem I was having. Well in the office we have all these kick ass computers that cost a lot of money and the video will not play. Here at home working on my laptop it works fine. :mad:

Test video 2 forced me to download a codec and then only gave me sound, no video.
