Harvey would never rip anybody off. Which makes me worried, something must be wrong with him or family if nobody has heard from him in some time. :Oh crap

when was the last date you heard from Harvey?

The last reply I had from him was August 18. The last email I sent him, asking for a refund (because the script stopped working and I was getting no support), was on September 10. Still no reply.

He hasn't been on here for nearly 3 months.

I noticed that when I did a search on his posts. But I was hoping someone here might have heard from him since it seems he was a regular and well known. I originally found him via GFY.
