MOD 10 check problem with Mastercard

Just wondering if any merchants have noticed an increase in failed MOD 10 checks saying the newer Mastercard numbers are invalid? It's not only failing locally on my server, but cannot input the card number in biller admin.

3 cases I know about the last 2 weeks.

If you have seen it, any known solutions at this time?

Bump, seems like serious loss of business for mastercard and those who accept mastercard.

911111111111 exp 69/2069 don't spend it all in one place.

Ccbill, segpay, zombaio, program owners with merchant accounts, anyone see this?

Mastercard is about 30 percent of sales, all new mastercard numbers, from my experience, are getting blocked by MOD 10 check. Surely someone has noticed this as well.

Don't post business threads at GFY. Don't tug on Superman's cape. Don't spit into the wind. Don't pull the mask of the old Lone Ranger. And you don't mess around with Jim.

First customer gave me his entire card number and could not accept the card as valid with gateway. He sent me check in the mail.
Second customer I lost.
Third customer used a visa card after about 4 emails.

Now, I will never know if MOD 10 check fails to identify the card as actually legit because clients provide CC before they even pay.

So, serious business lost for many and I haven't heard a peep about it.

Our own MC was just reissued and the number comes up as invalid for every single online purchase we have attempted. :Oh crap

Yeah, it is a worldwide issue right now. This is similar to taking a 10 to 20 percent cut in salary if you accept mastercard. Some people don't have other cards, don't understand why a valid card is declined, or just don't want to use another card.

What agency governs the MOD 10 check? Programmers, how does this check work and who to report the issue or find out additional information on expected time to fix? Maybe a patch has already been added, what is it?
