i know i can do this with ARS but are there any others
that are per sign up and that i can link DIRECTLY to the join page?

Flashcash - &front=passthru at the end of the link,
but the best is hawgscash(See sig), link to any part of the tour(including join page), choose how many exit & entry consoles you want.

Why would you want to link directly to the join page?

Well i try different things with tgp traffic and i have had some success sending traffic straight to the join page
Plus i do this to develop an undeveloped domain

I mean as long as you don't bullshit the surfer about what is inside the site then its a really good tool :)
