Looking for premade non exclusive TubeX templates

Looking for decent looking premade, non exclusive TubeX templates, which I can just copy into templates folder and activate.

Might also want to contact MGK. He was selling a nonexclusive tube template. Maybe he can turn it into a tubex template.
