Content Producers - How do you keep track of your content?

I have had "my" system for years but I need a better way that will allow me to search for models via tags I could add to their folder, perhaps in a txt file. For example: Name, DVD title, site domain, big tits, asian, hardcore, creampie

There is probably a very simple way of doing this within Windows that I'm overlooking. Anyone know how to do this?

How do you log your content?

Excel is what you need.

Adobe Lightroom has a good tagging system for organizing your photos, and even for finding specific photos.

I use excel but don't know it well enough to make it do what I wrote above.

Just add those attributes in a column and search the column. Eva did this while we were in Czech, but I used the system before we got here. Could even sort who we had sold to.

We had scene number, girls name, date, location, clothing, all the attributes, slide or digital or both, location of the scene, sold to, sent to, paid, earned. Could search on anything we wanted to. Just by going down the column.
