It's probably one of Spanish-speaking friends, but I'd like to work with him as an affiliate, rather than just having to shut him down for stealing content. I'm reasonable like that. :thumbsup

ZoliGirls. I wrote him the following letter:

Hi there. I've been looking at your blog, and I noticed you're using a lot of our ZoliGirls sets. As I'm sure you're aware, these images are copyrighted and aren't intended to be used in this manner.

Instead of just contacting LinkBucks, BlogSpot, and Facebook to get you shut down, I'd rather offer you a solution that doesn't result in all of your hard work being destroyed.

We'd like you to become an affiliate with ZoliGirls, and to promote our content (and make lots of money) the "right" way, instead of this nonsense with the blogs and LinkBucks.

You'd make money off of every signup you send us, and we pay like clockwork -- every check, every time.

We'd be happy to give you "exclusive" pictures that other affiliates don't have, so you'd still be offering something new to your visitors.

Let me know if you'd rather be an affiliate or you'd rather go the other route. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Also, if you need free hosting and domains, we can provide that as well.

Good luck contacting the guy. Altough he's looks quite naive, since he opened the blog in blogspot, they take all down in seconds, specially adult.

Yes, that's not negotiable. I'm going to ask him to move to a "real" domain, and put his (obvious) skills to work doing legitimate promotion.

I'm not interested in any sites where he's promoting ANYONE'S stolen content, ours or otherwise.

I think you might be missing what he's doing. He's trying to monetize for LinkBucks, and he's using that blog as a feeder for other blogs. His social media is well implemented, and he's seeing traffic. Unlike more traditional categories, fetish traffic doesn't have to be big numbers to convert.

He's done it as a thief -- now that he's been caught, I want to give him an opportunity to do it legitimately. If not, we'll shut him down. Either way, he's got to take down everyone's stolen content. OTCash, etc, aren't going to stand for it any more than we are.

He may go for it, but then he may also set up other blogs doing the same thing, though perhaps not with your content. I doubt he's here at GFY though.

Don't mistake my apparent kindness for me having a heart or anything of the sort. I'm trying to figure out a way to make money from a guy that has been stealing from me, while at the same time maybe helping a scammer/thief learn that legitimate business can be more profitable than his LinkBucks bullshit. If we cut him a few affiliate checks, maybe it'll be one less content thief running around out there ... and hopefully he'll tell his friends.
