Check this out...
A webmaster would build a "Free" gallery right?
Then they would go to this site, and fill out a form...
BOOM... The link goes into a listing of other free galleries.
The purpose of this would be to generate traffic to these "Free" galleries, so the webmaster could hopefully sell memberships or whatever.

What do you think?

I don't think you are understand, it is free! and the person puts banners on the page. Like, man, free porn. I don't think it will work though. Putting free porn will lower how many people will sign up to paysites.
