We have a raid storage server that is losing hard drives one by one and we have had no reply from support for weeks.

Sorry I must clarify, programmer now tells me he has had some kind of replies but we are still unable to get those hard drives replaced and about to lose a ton of content...

I would try to make a backup as soon as you can, let me know if you need some temporary storage space. More then happy to help out

We paid everyone even after we lost $200k on Epassporte. Closing program because affiliates are a pain to manage.

Remember we lost all data with the RCN crash? We did the best we could to recover it and pay people what we thought we owed them.

Keep dreaming about karma, we are doing better than ever.

If you would have read his post, I doubt that if they can't/won't replace a single harddrive they are gonna fedex anything.

Damn. Losing 30TB of legal, exclusive, paid for content and signed model releases must really suck hard. You would think that anyone who licensed and/or produced that much exclusive, legal, licensed content would have local backups...
