Shit OBummer Flip Flops again and again and again

http://i143.photobucket.com/albums/r...ng-sb0625d.jpg

Heres just a short list.

1. Voted against increasing the debt limit; then supported raising it.

2. Campaigned against the Bush tax cuts; then extended all of them.

3. Promised to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term; then proposed trillion dollar deficits.

4. Vowed the unemployment rate would be below 8% if his stimulus was passed; but then it broke 10%.

5.Promised shovel ready jobs; then admitted they weren?t shovel ready.

6. Said if you like your health plan you can keep it; but then threw seniors off Medicare Plus and employers are now saying they?ll dump people onto the public exchange.

7. Promised to have health care negotiations on live TV, but then reversed himself.

8. Indicated Bush violated the Constitution; then carried out warrantless wiretaps, indefinite detentions, secret renditions, quadrupled drone attacks, and kept Guantanamo Bay open. Voted against the Patriot Act, but then supported its extension.

9. Said lobbyists wouldn?t work in the White House; then gave them waivers to work there.

10. Vowed to take public financing for his 2008 campaign; then refused public financing when he realized he would receive more money without it.

Don't forget the Europeans and the Canadians, especially the Canadians.

Tom_PM 09-10-2012 12:52 PM

Neil Newhouse defended the Romney campaign's advertisements by saying: "We're not going let our campaign be dictated by fact-checkers."

And there you have it. Goodnight folks. :1orglaugh

DudeRick 09-10-2012 01:01 PM

Oh no, Obama doesn't flip flop with poll results, he evolves! Remember a few months ago how he evolved on gay marrage! :1orglaugh

Weak attempt at deflection.

What part of the original post isn't true?

Obama is the president. Is he exempt from getting called on his bullshit.

I always find election time in America very amusing. The hysteria every time is just off the scale. Over here, nobody gives a shit who gets elected because they are all lying cunts anyway.

Americans should realise it's the same for them aswell. Just because someone gives a good speech, doesn't actually mean shit!

It sure seems that way. He is a "cult of personality" all the way. He can do no wrong...and when he does, it's the Republican's fault.

Hopefully if he wins re-election he will grow a spine and do some of the things that made me vote for him in 2008.

Minte 09-10-2012 04:04 PM

Haven't seem an answer from the Obama-faithful.

They never do. It's always somebody else's fault. :(

I'd like to see Obama supporters address these things. But they never do. They just blindly follow.

Well it's kinda like asking Android Fan Bois to explain why Apple Fan Bois are idiots (or vice versa), isn't it?

Pointless and dull. And really, no one cares.

And let the thread fall to page 2 as quickly as possible...

Hi.

It does not matter who is in office. It doesn't matter what level of Government they work for, or what country /state / city / province / county they work in. It does not matter what "party" they lead. They. All. Lie.

Politicians say things to further their own personal agendas. If you think that any politician has your interests at heart, has a spine, or is going to waste his or her very valuable time trying to make your life better, you are brain-dead stupid.

There is no differnce between the politicans, or the parties they represent. Any improvement in the economy, environment, or job market will be purely coincidental.

Vote for Obama or Romney. Better off voting for a sparkly rock or your neighbour's little dog. The rock would fare just as well - probably better. At least it wouldn't say anything stupid.

And its no different up here in Canada. They're all useless and incompetant. And afraid. Absolutely fucking terrified of everything.

MediumPimpin 09-10-2012 06:15 PM

He has my vote even with all the bullshit that he has done.

IllTestYourGirls 09-10-2012 06:20 PM

He did not flip flop. He evolved into the shittiest parts of the Republican party. :thumbsup

RandyRandy 09-10-2012 07:00 PM

They all suck - and not n a good way.

If you care to answer...what things made you vote for him in 2008 that he has not done?

Here's the ones that got me pissed:

1. During the campaign of 2008 he talked about how the Republicans had used fear to take away our freedoms and invade other countries. He promised to stop that and to reform the Patriot Act. Instead he has continued that policy and keeps re-upping the Patriot Act.

2. He made good sense to me during the campaign when he said we should reach out and talk to our enemies and that it didn't do any good to isolate them and not talk to them. He never did that either.

3. The deficit. He railed against it during the campaign. Even called Bush "unpatriotic" Then he took office and raised it faster.

4. He promised to have the entire process of enacting "health care" televised so the public (all of us) could see. Instead he immediately met behind closed doors with the big pharmaceutical companies and cut a deal to keep the U.S. paying the highest prices in the world for medications.

5. Railed against the banks during the campaign...then filled his cabinet with Goldman Sachs officials.

6. Promised to "fix" Washington and end the era of lobbyists. Then immediately reversed that as soon as he took office and there are now more lobbyists than ever before.

I'm pissed at a bunch of other stuff as well. But those were the ones that I voted for and got screwed on.

UNLESS i AM MISTAKEN THE PATRIOT ACT HAS BEEN REVISED/REFORMED BY CONGRESS ON THIS PRESIDENTS WATCH...AS WELL AS DURING THE PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATION BY CONGRESS AND PARTS WERE KNOCKED DOWN BY THE SUPREME COURT. IF YOU WERE LOOKING FOR HIM TO REPEAL THE PATRIOT ACT...HE DOES NOT HAVE THE POWER TO DO SO AND THE CONGRESS WILL PROBABLY NEVER REPEAL IT.

2. He made good sense to me during the campaign when he said we should reach out and talk to our enemies and that it didn't do any good to isolate them and not talk to them. He never did that either.

I MAY BE MISTAKEN BUT I THINK HILLARY CLINTON...WHO IS THE PRESIDENTS SECRETARY OF STATE...HAS REACHED OUT TO OUR ENEMIES.

3. The deficit. He railed against it during the campaign. Even called Bush "unpatriotic" Then he took office and raised it faster.

HE CERTAINLY DID BOTH THINGS.

4. He promised to have the entire process of enacting "health care" televised so the public (all of us) could see. Instead he immediately met behind closed doors with the big pharmaceutical companies and cut a deal to keep the U.S. paying the highest prices in the world for medications.

HE DID NOT SEE THAT IT WAS TELEVISED. I DO NOT KNOW FOR A FACT THAT HE CUT ANY DEALS WITH THE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES TO KEEP PRICES HIGH...BUT IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT HE MET WITH A FEW CEO'S.

5. Railed against the banks during the campaign...then filled his cabinet with Goldman Sachs officials.

WHO ARE THE OFFICIALS IN HIS CABINET FROM GOLDMAN SACHS?

6. Promised to "fix" Washington and end the era of lobbyists. Then immediately reversed that as soon as he took office and there are now more lobbyists than ever before.

I DON'T KNOW THAT THERE ARE MORE LOBBYISTS THAN EVER BEFORE BUT IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THERE ARE SOME FORMER LOBBYISTS WORKING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION.

I'm pissed at a bunch of other stuff as well. But those were the ones that I voted for and got screwed on.

BTW...I am not a fan of the President...but at this point I prefer him over Romney. The election is still a couple of months away and shit can happen.

I agree...after seeing on Sunday that Shell oil started drilling in Alaska (Obama administration approved it on August 31st)...I'm thinking that Obama is gonna whip out an October surprise and open the Keystone pipeline as well.

That will take away all of Romney's bullets and fire up the economy.

If that happens, then the incumbent wins.

SmutHammer 09-11-2012 05:37 AM

I don't understand why anyone would pay attention to anything Obama has done in the last 6 mo. it's only to gain votes... look at his total time in office.

I you are in the adult industry you really should be sucking the Presidents dick right now. Seriously. Romney/Ryan want to stop all adult on the Internet. They have said it many times. Even if you actually don't like Obama you'd better sing his praises to everybody you know that hasn't made their choice yet.

Everyone always says that and never does anything. I don't believe they would knock porn off the Internet. If anything maybe regulate it more, which we need.

If the pot dispensaries are any indication of what he won't prosecute as criminal, porn can't be far behind. He's done a 180 on Medical marijuana.
Watch this video and tell me you have nothing to worry about.
