Iridium laptop
 

HI guys,
I have got an iridium star 500 laptop and I accidentally poured some orange juice in. The keyboard is not working anymore and
I definitelly need a new keyboard for that.

I am looking for the producer company of the brand. Is there anybody who knows who produce iridium laptops ? (it is definitelly not iridium.com)

I searched everwhere in the web but I couldn't find any information about the producer.

i think iridium is out of business, aren't they? you might be able to find a replacement keyboard shelved somewhere, but your probably better advised to just buy a more modern laptop..!

chupacabra, iridiums are not out of busines.. They still produce them with the speed of light. My iridium is P4, 512 MB RAM and 40 GB HDD with a DVD drive..

I searched all search engines. I couldn't find anything at all.. I searched for iridium but I think I had to search for starbook..

d'oh! i was thinking of the 'iridium network' i guess, the sat-phone deal that went under... good luck w/ your super-modern laptop in that case..!

Most laptop keyboards come off the main case pretty easily. Take it off, remove the keys (they do come off....just be careful not to break them) and clean off the keyboard membrane. Chances are you can just clean off all the OJ with some alcohol or something and it'll work again. I've done it many times.
