Why not just put those who bug you on ignore. Realistically, the board software itself allows everyone to control their experience here, from turning on/off sigs and avatars to ignoring those who effectively waste your time.

I'm not sure banning anyone at all is needed when you can control your own board experience :)

I find his trolls worse. They bring him up in practically every thread, regardless of the topic.

Ban Paul Markham. Ban the contest whores. Most contest whores only post in contest threads and do not add value to the board. Ban WTFBucks and Serious Partners. Compared to them, the average Russian spammer and hacker looks like a saint. If fatfoo is not banned, ban him before he comes back.

OK, let's not get carried away here... Not that I wouldn't like all those to be banned, but if that happened this place would be a fucking ghost town.
