lilith_pet, there is plenty of evidence that you hacked those programs or at the very least bought email lists from someone who did. You spammed email addresses that had only been shared with those programs that got hacked. How much more evidence do you need?!

There is a legal definition for "spam". Anyone working for any program that doesn't realise this should be fired immediately IMHO.

If you acquire an email list legally and each person on the list has explicitely agreed to accept advertising sent to the address then that's absolutely FINE. That's called email marketing by the way. It's perfectly legal and legitimate although many people, from ignorance, complain that it's "spam" when in FACT it's not if they signed up for it.

If I personally owned a board and people were posting links like that, and then the company who owned the content informed me about it, I'd certainly be open to blocking the urls or directing them to the appropriate paysite perhaps.
