OK, I promise this question is totally serious and legit.

I just got a call from a model in a wheel chair. He cant walk and has been handicapped since he was 18. But wants to do porn.

How do I handle this the best way. He didnt have any pics to send and has no transportation.

This really isnt the genre I normally photograph.

My main concern is a fear over making sure I am not being set up for any discrimination law suit.

Has anyone else, other content providers ever run across a situation like this and if so how did you handle it?

First modeling is not something you can get into hot water with as far as discrimination. You are allowed to discriminate. To be on the safe side though, you should not turn him down because he is in a wheelchair, use another excuse. Lack of transportation, or he is does not have the look you are going for. I would not see a problem with using the physically handicapped in a shoot though. Like others have said if he or she is not mentally handicapped then who cares.

In auditions for a part, people can't really sue for discrimination. You aren't looking for a person who can't play a position/character that can stand up, etc. Legally, you are fine if you deny him... Especially if you don't tell him why.
