Foreign traffic conversion

I'm looking for sponsors that are optimized for non-us traffic. How do you convert this traffic? And what about mobile?

The countries that I'm talking about:

• Indonesia
• Malasya
• Brazil
• Turkey
• China
• Iran
• Poland
• Singapore
• India
• Pakistan
