I am looking for someone who can create a dynamic wordress feed. Or if a plugin exists already can you point me to it?

morphing would be good but basically I need a feed that is xml one blog post per line

if you already have post morphing like a spinner for each post, a normal rss feed would just emulate this.

I have nothing morphing or anything like that.

only other suggestion is to run a filter on the_content for the rss feed and spin certain words.

Basically what I am looking for is a customizable csv export dump of posts/pages.

I just worked on a project that used csv dumps and converted them to xml files, which then ran through cyberseo plugin and spinnerchief to spin them. Sounds to me like that's what you're wanting to do.

Actually, what I was working on was for videos, but you could probably get some code from the cyberseo guy to use images instead.
