As for stomaching mcdonalds I try to avoid it as most of there stuff has too much sugar for my liking but it's far from poison. Although its just idiots who eat it every day with gigantor cokes with their meals who make it seem that way.

I skip the pop/soda and drink a glass of milk.

I am the same - 10-15 minutes after having a QuarterPounder or a BigMac. It has nothing to do with the soft drinks. No idea what it is, I can eat a burger from 10 other places and not get the same symptoms. It just sits there in my stomach like a big heavy gluey mass - then explodes out the back end.

Which is full of antibiotics, steroids and other hormones.

It's funny. I haven't eaten ANY fast food in well over 12 years now.. and have absolutely no craving for it. Same with soda. It's been maybe 5 years now on the soda, maybe a bit less but still.. no cravings.
I walk directly past a McDonalds on my way to the grocery store too which is always open. So evidently the solution is simple. Just don't go there.

I never had a problem at all with their food. what doesn't agree with you doesn't mean it's just only Mickey D's .yea it's a cheaper fast food slop but fills me up and I admit I like a few of their items(even the ballers eat the slop).call me crazy

If you want a burger and fries, cook that shit at home. Tastes better and is a way healthier.

McDonald uses a steam grill. That may be the issue. It a standard grill but has a clam shell over it to speed up cooking. They do use human rated food not the animal chow that some people claim but I believe it is the lowest A grade there is. Finally research Pink Slime it in a lot of the lower grade hamburger
