Exo Click. You are working with some really big Pirates!

I tried to send a message to you from your form on your site but it would not work. kept telling me I got the captcha wrong. Lots of pirate sites do the same so they don't have to " Know " that they are doing something wrong.

I really HOPE this is NOT the case with you.

This is my second attempt as you can note by the red box saying that the verification failed.

They are all over xhamster.

pornguy 08-31-2012 08:23 AM

And I can see that 2 shits could be given by most. Boob threads get more attention.

Nautilus 08-31-2012 08:31 AM

They're been cooperating with pirates for a very long time.

MrCain 08-31-2012 08:36 AM

This sounds like a job for AdultKing. Exoclick sells traffic for all the major content thieves and has paxum, paypal and payoneer accounts.

Not really he does only filelockers and similar sites. This is advertising system. And yes it is indeed problem of many traffic brokers financing pirate sites but that would require special operation but again maybe it will work to open thread where people would post every time when some pirate site contain ad space of some adult traffic broker and bump that thread till they do action.

Props to Wizzo and Juicyads team - spankbang had a ton of my videos on their page - were being a tad slow about DMCA. Those guys got my videos down and a promise to keep an eye on this site to make sure it doesnt happen again.

Nicely done boys!

Not that anyway cares.. tooo busy posting about Mitt and his stupidity to realize the real reasons they dont make money.

adultmobile 08-31-2012 10:52 AM

So whoever used exoclick to advertise is a bad guy now? :)
Where do we have to buy traffic please?
No one advertising network have any "pirate pages clean" feature... that I know of... and sure should not be the advertiser to go monitor page by page where our ads display.

Think like that and you will never make it in this business. And I never once said SEO.

Google and yahoo did not always exist and they are not the only places traffic comes from.

It depends from what site you buy, from their network. I purchased some traffic past year it was comparable to juicyads or ero-advertising etc. for my tests, it is simply an advertising network what it counts it is the sites you select to display banners to.

pornguy 09-03-2012 06:13 AM

Well. Did not really expect a contact from them.

Ok. Thread can die.

Hi pornguy,

Thank you for calling our attention about the captcha issue. We will correct that ASAP, and sorry for the unintentional delay in answering.

About the "stolen" video you mentionned, we must inform you that we are not managing the content displayed by the publishers of our network in any way and we are not liable for that.
We are just monetizing the traffic sent by this page and we only manage the advertising content.

We would also recommend you to get in touch directly with the site's publisher to defend your rights.

We added you on ICQ should you need any more assistance.

Thank you for your trust.
Exoclick Support.

You "monetizing the traffic" for pirates is exactly the issue that have been raised in this thread. Are you OK with it? What's your repeat infringers policy? How many strikes until a piracy site is disconnected?

Thanks for the clarity.

So, as long as you don't publish the pirated video, you're totally cool working with people that do, just as long as you get paid.

Wizzo persuaded me to try your services when he was working with you, and I'm just doing lots of test buys with networks to find the best fit for my product.

Your post has just persuaded me not to. Ever.

Exactly the same for me. Talked with wizzo, signed up and then had to go on hold and now this.

Thank god I did not spend a DIME. on the traffic.

Better to generate my own than pay a company that so openly supports Pirates.

If you're actively monetizing traffic from pages containing pirated content then ExoClick is as bad if not worse than the pirates.

If you don't develop a policy to deal with piracy and repeat infringers and if you don't have a transparent process in place then expect the day to come where we're pressuring payment companies to cease processing payments for your company.

I hope that your long term plan is accepting BitCoin, because unless you deal with this before the time I move on to advertising networks then you'll be first up on my hit list of rogue advertising networks.

Standard answer from all those that pretend to be on the right side and profit from content theft. They are the ones popping champagne on all the summits :Oh crap

Exoclick 09-04-2012 08:01 AM

Guys, I'm not going to enter into the tube sites debate. I think everything has been said on the subject.

Pornguy, from what I see, the site you mentioned has a DMCA policy and also a content takedown process : http://www.ashemaletube.com/takedown.php

If you contacted them and they did not respond or remove the infringing content, please forward us the emails and we'll consult with the webmaster as to why he did not respond to the DMCA take down notice. I believe one of our support member has already added you on ICQ to assist.

Again the same answer all that profit from content theft give us. Over and over again. Problem is, you get away with it. The companies that use your "fine services" are at least as much to blame. One day, one day :upsidedow

No, something else could be said:

"Guys, you're right. It is morally wrong of us to take money from stolen content. You;re right, we got into bed with some of the larger pirate sites, and starting from today, we've got a new policy at Exoclick. We will stop working with pirate sites. If you see any of our ads on pirate sites we're unaware of, we've set up a special email address [email protected] - email me there, and my team will have the offending sites' accounts terminated. We were wrong to monetise piracy, and it has stopped as of today. Thank you for giving me the chance to right this wrong and I hope, one day, we can persuade those of you who have stopped using us because we monetise piracy to come back and try us again."

Their "DMCA policy" is a joke. Not only would they never terminate repeat offenders, they never even actually delete the offending file. They only temporary hide it but it'll later resurface under some different account, or often the same account. That leaves you wondering who those repeat offenders atcually are, real berserk uploaders or this site's owners themselves.

Ashemaletube is one of the worst tubes in regard to copyright infringement and needs to be terminated.

but anyway, how are we supposed to make money with EXO CLICK?

I dont get it?

They onyl pay cents per click.. you need HUGE and MASSIVE TRAFFIC to make some decent income.. I guess no average affiliate is doing money with them, right?

If nobody answers me, I will keep investigating, because it means, the answer is yes, there is a way to make money even if you dont own a MASSIVE TUBE...

RIGHT?

it is easy. and it is how the system works now. you are good in seo, you have serps for good keywords like teen porn and similar, you get like few 10000s daily targetted seo traffic from google, you send it to exoclick and you make few bucks. dont you know?

What you say may be the right thing to do, but it gains you zero webmasters who have any traffic. You might as well look the other way and make the money. There are too many others who will happily buy the traffic.
