True Blood was MUCH better this season than last season
 

It was over the top and completely ridiculous, but, still, I loved it. Much better this season than last season's unlikeable Marnie witch storyline.
Bringing back Reverend Steve Newlin and Russell Edgington was a a great move. Both those actors are so much fun to watch.

I still wanna see Tara's titties .... C'mon now HBO ... we've been waiting 5 seasons for it!!

I don't really think so.... was far too ridiculous.. Right, vamps go crazy in a nest.. so.. how come the authority isn't always crazy at all times given it's a permanent nest.. (I'm assumign the blood is the excuse although Eric seemed fine) Also stupid how Bill (and Eric) became so integral to the council. As if they would give a shit about keeping those two around.. we heard how long and hard it is to climb the "corporate ladder" to get there and two fuckups magically get to run shit. Bleh. Still worth watching though.. just so trashy compared to other great shows like GOT and breaking bad.

Tara getting shot in the face end of last season was hard to top.. god I hate her whining character. Hopefully vamping her fixes that shit.

True Blood is a great show, but one season was "off the chain stupid" with that lady in love with a cow (bull rather). (I believe that was season 2 but I could be wrong).

As far as vampire shows go.... I prefer "Being Human" (The US version, the UK version fell flat when they lost 75% of their actors.

Seson 2 was really a miss, and all other are mess, but still like to watch that shit

I'm pretty sure she showed her tits a couple times in season 2, when she was having sex with eggs, I think that was his name.

I enjoyed it.
Way over the top but hey, it's a show about vampires, werewolves and fairies.
It fits they don't take themselves too serious.

I like true blood but after while they have to start jumping the shark because they have to keep coming up with new things. Im reading the books and after book 4 they started going their own way. The thing I find annoying but it makes it interesting watching. Snookie's life is one crisis after another.

Agreed, after the last couple seasons, this one was much better

I love TB. Pisses me off we gotta wait now for season 6 to start. I think some of the names are stupid though. Who names their kid sookie?
