i think they spent close to 15 billion on the levies and pumps and so on... I think this time around they will be "better off" but they are saying this one will just linger around and is a slow mover ...

except people know better this time.

the flooding did 95% of the damage last time, as long as they hold that off they'll be fine at category 1. still scary though.

I doubt it'll "get fucked", it barely just turned into a CAT 1 hurricane, nothing to be uncareful about, but nowhere NEAR how Katrina was.
