finding dll files
 

i need to find MSC42.DLL and this is the first time a good search has failed me. anyone else have it or know a good site?

You probably mean MFC42.dll, not MSC42.dll.

MFC42.dll is included with lots of software programs written in C++, and you will find it in C:\windows\system32 if any such program has ever been installed. MFC stands for Microsoft Foundation Classes.

yup found that already, but if you check the actual link the file is really MFC and not MSC
