How much you pay your models?

I would like to know the average price you paid for your model so I know if I'm cheap or if I over pay them.

for a shooting with a 60 pictures softcore set, 60 pictures soft with a other girl but no sex and a 10 minutes strip tease video with some self rubbing I pay real amateur 200$ and girl with experiance in shooting 300$.

The whole thing with the makeup part take 4-5 hours and the girl are in montreal.

Thanks and curious to know the market price.

I just work with amateurs/friends and pay them 1200-1500 for the day which starts with lunch and a little chat with what we are going to do. Then a few videos and pictures.
About six hours later we go out to dinner and call it a day. If they drove over an hour to get here I will give them an extra 100 dollars or so. If they stay the night I will take them to breakfast too LOL.

Your paying them 50$ an hour for solo and g/g. For that much I wouldn't put a limit on how many pictures and video you do. Use your time wisely, and get as much content as you can. Shoot a bunch of different stuff. Montreal strippers get 120$ to suck and fuck you. But what do I know.

For the stripper in montreal they are 20$ a dance in most place and 10$ a dance in cheap place. Cheap escort are 200$ for 1 hour.

There are ways to get some interesting BTS stuff as well, set up a camera to video them as they get ready and off the shoot. This is one of the things I would of done if I was shooting for a site of my own. would of been great filler ad properly edited, shown the girls as people.

Sub-continental normal models do not claim for more than $100 a day...higher models even claim for $1,000 to $10,000....

My question is...how does 2 60 pic sets with an additional 10 minute video {unless I am misunderstanding} take 4 - 5 hours to shoot?
Unless the makeup part takes 3 - 4 hours...

Since we do spend a lot on time of hair, make-up and different sets for almost every shoot, my shoots can run long, however we also provide full catering and the girls are pampered so well, and are usually happy with the results, so that they can't wait to shoot again.

My standard rate sheet (where my negotiations start at) is currently as follows:

Softcore (3-4 wardrobe changes = 2 hours in front of camera)

$100 Non-nude
$150 Topless
$200 Playboy-style nude
$250 Hustler-style nude (spread/pink)
$300 Solo/Toy Play/Glam G/G

Hardcore (Paid per scene)

$800 B/G (nothing extreme, no anal)
$400/$600 G/G
$200 BJ (usually booked same day as separate B/G or G/G scene)
$200 Solo/Toy Play (penetration)

Guys: I pay for their HIV/STD test and $200 for B/G, and $100 for BJ scenes.

Everything is negotiable, however I never have much of a problem finding models for those rates.

I generally have to fly most of the hardcore talent in from Porn Valley, and pay for a hotel room for a night, so that adds to the cost (and the perk for the models).

It take 4-5 hours because we on the cosplay niche and it take a little more that 1 hour to get the wig, makeup and the costume ready on the girl. Then while we shoot the first girl we end the other one.

After that both girl shoot together and when it done the first girl go to video recording while the second girl do her solo shoot.

But yea we could do a little bit faster by stressing all the team.

At the expense of the product.

Take your time and get it right.
