Yeah from my dealings with her she had a very rough life for years with a lot of health issues but were always very nice to deal with :(

I am not following you. Was it that difficult to confirm/deny that this stuff is actually from ONE year 10 years ago? Like was this stuff won in year 2002? Or in 12 months span between 2001 08 23 and 2002 08 23.

It was just a contest. The time span doesn't matter. 10 years ago there was a contest commemorating a big event, many people donated prizes, he won the prizes.
