Easiest way to move 40+ wp installs from one server to another?

As the title says...

What's the easiest/fastest/most painless way to move 40+ wp installs with everything from one server to another?

Do they use the same database? I moved 15 blogs yesterday.

Dump the database, import it. tar.gz all blogs and unpack them at the server.

Use the same mysql database name, user and pass ...

So what happens if all your blogs have their own MySQL database? I make a new database for every blog, should I not be doing this?

Second this one. Any decent host should offer to do this for free.

I use the same database for a lot of blogs. You can change the table prefix in wp-config.php when you install new blogs.
There's no need to have them on their own database unless you have 124345235435 hits per day.
