I sell the site as the most unique industry database of paysites and sponsors.
What you get is:
- the most complete and up to date database of CCBill, NATS, Verotel, Zombaio, Epoch and in-house programs.
- the biggest database of FHG, tube and embedded clips provided by sponsors
- surfers sites + some others. All of them are built on the same database as Signbucks, are operated from the same admin and require only custom editorial work. If Signbucks gets updated - those sites do as well.

Why do I sell it? Well, the time has passed, I've grown up, got married and other stuff. I have got some other interesting ideas I'm going to focus on. Still ebusiness, but no other adult projects.
There's no rush in the sale, I just wait until I find the right buyer. The site will work as usual, daily updates and everything.

You mention at least 3 workers + a couple of "other guys" that run surfer site(s) as well that your current partner is the main coder - who's to be paid after the transaction is done. $10k gross WM referral income / after hosting and paying 5? 6? staff members what's the average profit a month?
