have you noticed how they're trying to get "secretaries day" off the ground to sell more flowers and chocolate? as though easter eggs in the supermarket 6 days after christmas isn't enough?

Yup, I am one of them...... tell me you love me and go the hell on with the day. LOL

I get my kids some chocolate and such....... but as for me and my husband, we just grab a card and say I love you and that's our thing........ don't waste a blue fortune on flowers for me, don't buy me fancy gold....... just say ya love me and I am content as can be.

I don't say it sucks, it just isn't a holiday we make a huge fuss about. LOL

My fiancee's birthday is on v-day, so it's gotta be special by default. :) The bad thing is we have to plan ahead, restaurants are usually booked out when normally we could just go with the flow and choose whatever we wanted that night.

Valentines day and all those other happy holidays (Christmas, Easter etc) are all bull. However they work to our adventage. We always have a scene or 2 or 3 we can shoot.

Valentines Day - Teddy, Hearts
Christmas - Santa

etc etc.. So we also capitalize from it, sorta kinda
