Ephedra Free
 

Anyone using ephedra free supplements like Xenedrine efx or Diet Fuel. How are they energy wise compared to the original?

My personal Experiance is.......
Phen Free sucks compaired to ECA stack ,
i have tried both , when i switched to Phen Free my body fat went up about 8% in 2 months being on the same diet and using the same work out routine.

As for energy they both are loaded with caffine, i felt about the same , but your body tempeture doesnt seem to rise as much with phen free products so you dont burn as many calories compaired to using ephedra.

never really used anything like that.

That ECA Stack is by far the best i have used , but you wana start out with like half the dosage then work your way up til you feel comfortable.
