Paranoid Conspiracy Theorist in here please.

This should be fun.

Reading the board for years I came to the conclusion a long time ago that most of the conspiracy theorists, "Big Brother is out to get us" pussies and anyone who is scared of losing his gun, freedom, freedom of speech or any other freedom to do as they please. Are a bunch of whining pussies. Include the Doomsday nuts as well.

So besides posting about it on GFY, keeping a hoard of guns in the wardrobe or digging a big bunker in the back garden. What are you doing about it to fight your imagined threats?

Johnny Clips over to you. :1orglaugh

Brujah 08-10-2012 03:34 AM

I am spreading awareness by posting about it on message boards, in hopes that I can influence enough people to the alien conspiracy such that one day we can overthrow our alien overlords. Although, they are much too powerful, and advanced and we don't possess the means to overthrow them anyway. I hope to accomplish this by insulting everyone at every turn, and not helping them understand the facts, but merely posting links from youtube or other right-wing sources of information against Obama. Oh, and something about Jews and bankers, and David Icke, and hip-hop artists.

Does that help?

I'm far from being a doomsday nut, conspiracy theorist or tinfoil hat wearer - but ask yourself this question.

Which doomsday nut survivalist's door will you knock on if/when the shit eventually hits the fan and you find yourself and your loved one woefully unprepared?

Paul, you have now proved how much a of fuck wad you really are.

Let's just say this: What if there was a real major gov take over.
Would you wanna get caught with your pants down?

You live in another country and gave up your freedoms in America.

We have the right to our guns and we the people will keep it that way.

When something does happen those who talk shit about gun holders will beg us for help.

You also praise Manwin and their shooters, so you are trash.

Food storage, weapons, ammo, and other survival gear are at an all time high for sales. Never been higher. That means someone is buying all that shit, and it clearly isn't you or Paul, so that leaves everyone else.

It's not even about the government taking over. It's about natural disasters. It's about power grid failures. It's about food shortages (which are coming). It's about being prepared for all the things that have already happened over and over and over again in one place of the world or another.

When disaster strikes, whatever that disaster may be, those who ridicule the people who are prepared for it, even if that preparation is only slight, are going to be the ones dependent on the government that may not help them and the very people who they ridiculed for trying to be prepared.

To anyone who ridicules a prepper of any kind, let me ask you this one question: If your power grid went down right now, for whatever reason, and stayed down for just two weeks, how well would you get by for those two weeks? What if it was two months? Do you have enough food and water to last two weeks? Could you defend your home from others who are hungry or are looting?

bushwacker 08-10-2012 11:58 AM

We deal with hurricanes this time of year, so I stock up ever year. Last storm that hit us knocked the power out for 14 days.

do you? most mormons are probably more prepared than the average citizen (the mormon church instructs everyone to have an emergency supply of 3 months worth of food at all times). and while there are a good number of 'preppers' out there, there are far more talkers.

I thought you meant people in general.

And you are correct, you can not eat bullets. But they can be used for barter and to protect you so that someone else won't steal your food.

As far as who does what on GFY, I have no idea and I don't care. Based on their posts, I'd assume most of them will be fucked should a large event take place that put them at risk.

Considering I live in a country where the power goes out often and floods disrupt our food supply almost yearly, what do you think? I always try to keep a month or two worth of goods here, but we also have a large farm that grows everything imaginable and a water well, so in a worst case scenario, we will at least have food and water unless we're also hit by a massive drought that never ended.

Asia already had a meltdown in the 90s. Many factory workers lost their jobs, but the farmers didn't skip a beat. The funny thing about developing producer nations is, a total collapse could happen and most of the country would be fine. It is the consuming nations that are going to suffer.

Mormons and the Amish (especially the Amish) will be among the few who really could survive a serious situation.

Right. They STILL continue to call everything else a conspiracy.

Some of it is, some of it isn't. But people have a bad habit of dismissing everything that they either don't understand or don't want to believe, as a conspiracy.

I've often thought about keeping a supply but since I don't eat canned foods I am not sure what I would do with it when waiting for a disaster. I suppose I could donate it. In the end though i'd be spending money every six months or so for something that may or may not happen.

(a) Be completely defenseless.
(b) Have defense.

These are your options. It's a pretty easy decision, I'm not sure why that's so hard to understand.

If enough people choose (b), a government will never stand a chance. Those that comprise the government know this, which is why gun control legislation will only increase.

That was a wake up call last year, wasn't it? I think after about a week it was difficult to get bottled water as all the plants were under water. A lot of stores were empty really fast.

They have STILL not fully resumed all distribution for some of the water factories.

We stocked up for rainy season this year in case it happens again. I need to take a pic of our water supply here, you'd piss yourself laughing. It's huge.

How about to protect your property from looters?

No one is going to stand off with the police or gov. Ain't gonna happen. Just like in Katrina, the National Guard took their weapons without a single incident. Same will happen again.

I see so many conspiracy nuts around us and want to get a feel of what they're thinking and their plans.

A few think they can store guns in their wardrobe and do a "Waco". Well we know how that went. Someone posted they won't get passed his door. :1orglaugh

The Doomsday guys are storing canned foods and other provisions. So maybe they can tell us what "Doomsday will actually be. Because we might see a huge gap between what they think it might be and their plans.

So a new question. What is the threat you see coming?

For the record I'm doing nothing. If the "Elite" decide to take us over more than they have, we're fucked. Unless the army join the 99%.

If the 2012 and other Doomsday and Apocalypse predictions happen. I don't want to waste the little time I have worrying about and buying canned goods, instead of steaks. Seems a lot here don't agree and would rather worry, waste time and money because of some unseen threat.

The biggest threat to most here, is earning a living until they retire. Something else I don't have to care about.

Honestly, both of you are smarter than this.

Paul, you have been alive long enough to see disasters all over the world, over and over again, where people were left without power, food, or water for a while. Be it floods, winter storms, grid failures, tornadoes, hurricanes, earth quakes, disasters (threats) happen ALL THE TIME and often without warning. The fact that it hasn't happened to YOU yet is just dumb luck.

This does not even take into consideration a possible currency collapse. If history teaches us anything, it is that chances are very high that it's going to happen again, as it has happened over and over throughout the history of mankind. If you want to see how that may pan out and what possible disaster it could bring, spend some time researching Argentina's crash. It just may save your life.

I'm honestly starting to think most of you do not know a lot about world history, currency, or economics. Because if you did, you wouldn't make 1/2 of the comments you do. History ALWAYS repeats itself.

How do you know this? How could you even possibly assume this? How do you know those "mice" are simply not hip to something you are totally blind to? Because they are in porn? Is that your sound logic?

Every hear of the normalcy bias? You should read what it is if you don't know already. Then take a step back and figure out if you have that mental state. Because these are the idiots who have to be rescued from their roof top after they were already warned a flood was coming and they should evacuate, and they all share one thing in common... underestimation and/or denial of danger or disaster.

A person of sound mind would not refuse to accept the fact that they could be involved in an unforeseen disaster.

That is something totally different and I agree with you. There are two different types of preppers. One who tries to prepare for whatever disaster may come his way. And one who thinks the world is going to come to and end and we'll all be living like Mad Max. I too think the latter is crazy.

The Argentina collapse wasn't that long ago. That is a more accurate representation of what would happen if the dollar or euro collapses, and one of them, or both may. It's way to early to tell and it depends on what they do from here on out. China, Germany, Russia, and even the USA, have all collapsed before. There is nothing stopping it from happening again. And if you want to add hyperinflation to the possibly, that list is huge, and again includes the USA.

And that is exactly how it will play out again. When a real disaster happens, they will take your firearms, even if they have to take them from your "cold dead hands." You'll turn them over no questions asked or you'll be killed. Period. And that my friends, is the freedom those dirty Arabs hate you for. :1orglaugh
