I doubt they hacked anyone. If you look at the Terms and Conditions of signing up to a sponsor there will be a wall of text. In that wall of text there will be a statement that's it OK for that sponsor and their partners to send you offers. They either bought a list from a program or from a broker

right, for starters you maybe could contact NATS and explain to them how you hacked their databases. Or you could contact each individual affiliate program you hacked and apologize for stealing their databases on which they worked years and years to build up.
