If it turns out that was not the case (hacking),... are you prepared to dine on crow and offer an apology?

Food for thought.

not trying to throw any shit here but I do not recall reading what their findings were with the last investigation they did. Will this one have a public announcement I wonder...

I have NEVER refused to apologize when I've been wrong.

Fair enough.

I see a lot of bashing of this company or affiliate program with, at best, incomplete facts and merely a lot of suspicions. I do not know Helen, or anyone at that company, meaning I have no dog in this fight. However, myself personally, I prefer to have more facts before I go on any sort of witch hunt.

There are a number of different possibilities that could have happened before illegal/hacking for some emails.

:2 cents:

They might not have hacked the databases themselves. They might just have bought the lists from a hacker, but it's a fact that some affiliate program's databases have been compromised and are being spammed by WTF Bucks.
This is 100% fact, there is no doubt about this whatsoever.

The only "fact" posted in your reply was the 'spamming' part. The rest is assumptions.

Like I said, I do not have a dog in this fight. However, you are supposed to provide PROOF with your allegations or claims. The only proof I have yet to see in any of these threads is that this "Helen" (who many already have had a beef with) is sending some email they do not want. Supposedly being sent directly to affiliates based on their emails they signed up with.

If all of the rest is "100% fact" you should have no problem proving it.

Proof

- several people have received spam from WTFBucks on email addresses that were uniquely used to create an account at eurorevenue

- several people have received spam from WTFBucks on email addresses that were uniquely used to create an account at lordsofporn

- several other people have received spam from WTFBucks on email addresses that they uniquely used on just 1 specific sponsor

- the hosting company of LordsOfPorn (NatNet) included a unique seeder email when they setup the LordsOfPorn Nats install. They now received spam from WtF Bucks on this unique seeder email

there is absolutely NO doubt that WTF Bucks is spamming email lists from compromised affiliate program databases.
