Did you open a ticket with them before posting here?

I've been using paxum since they opened up, and now they want new copies of my documents. Except frankly I don't need the pain in my ass that doing this is, and, I'm also not comfortable with them having scans of my stuff when they have demonstrated such bad support and especially systems integrity. (Ruth and Chris excepted of course. I'm talking about what I assume is foreign dirt-foots both CSR's and I would guess, programmers).
