Affiliates - What's $100 per day profit to you?

It's 36,000 per year a nice base amount for some and a fortune for others.

We do have an incredibly wide range of incomes on GFY, I see a lot of people suggest that affiliates make on average $2K per month, but I'm not sure where this figure came from

It's better than nothing, and more than minimum wage. Always shoot higher though. :)

It just all depends on several factors such as whether or not you work as an affiliate part-time or full-time and what you're happy living off of income wise. I agree with Lace and think you should always shoot for making more though!

100 USD a day can make you king of the city in one place and king of the trailer park in others.

In the UK $100 per day wouldn't go far

Its good for me, I work a normal full time job so an extra $100(£65) is OK for me, for the time I actually put in.

I am doing around that now, some days more some less but about 2 sales a day plus juicy mobile redirects and filler ads.

Would be on the breadline in London, but could just about get by in Glasgow

Most of affiliates are making way less than 100$ day (as poll shows it).
There are other factors - many of them has other income streams (job, other ventures etc)

don't blame that shit on affiliates. your sites suck ass and are too expensive. stop spending your money on how to fuck sobebody out of somethingt with expensive bullshiter nats programmeres all day

when you managed to get it to $100 a day there's a good chance to make more when you work hard enough.

If you are older and the day job has retirement, you can ask to work semi-retired and have a nice boost in income.

Nope - Its borderline just ver minimum wage, and you'd get more than that on benefits, if you take into account all the bills you DONT have to pay, because you are on benefits

I'll just let what I have got run and run, and then when eventually the reach the tipping point that they are not covering their costs, I'll shut them down...

But thats a long way off from now... I'm happy with what I have made over the years, and no longer need to work at all :)

Per sponsor? Usually $100/day is the threshold at which I start to take a sponsor seriously or not.

Majority have voted yes. That's speaks volumes about the state of adult.

Actually its way better than expected. I thought at least 90% of affiliates did not make 3000$/month in profits. I still believe that actually and I believe that majority of affiliates does not earn a third of that.
