There's lots of variations of the Chatrubate WL here's one of mine for example. You have to build it from feeds or use the 3rd party bare bones WL solutions.

There is a link "Withdraw your money", but righ after signups it displays: "Minimum to get the money: $20.00. Your balance is too low : $0.00". The form appears only when you have $20 or more, and it pays immediately on submit - we have no pay periods, you withdraw the money when you want, as long as >$20. This is written in instructions page but I will add some texts elsewhere too.
