No Smoke ,Only Vape.No Cig In A Month
 

After smoking for over 35 years,it's been a month without tobacco .I take a huff of flavored nicotine through E Cig. It feels the same as I'm going through the motions.
I'm smoking my reef via a Davinci Vaporizer.It works awesome and a ounce will last me a year.
If you smoke cigs,try the E-Cig to replace it,best thing I did in a very long time.

I was curious in trying that but I quit it already after 17 long years so if ever I will go back, hopefully not, I will go on e-cigs for sure :)

I quit smoking after 18 years with an e-cig. I've not smoked for 2 1/2 years now.

Plan is to zero out the nic within a few weeks.I like all the different tastes available.chocolate,mint Cohiba to whatever.
So much cooler as the vape wafts out of the nose and throat much more than a drag but you don't feel the burn and aftertaste of a skunks ass :).Fuckin disgusting habit I hope I never try again

Just reached my 1-month today without a cig.

And just found a really nice apple-melon e-juice (18mg nic) - I really like. :)

too bad a lot of cities / states are banning there use

same here, with a cig I smoke then I'm good for a bit, with e-cig seems like it never hits that sweet spot so it turns into more of a pacifier

Me too, a year without a cig. Just vaping.
I can't think of any side efects.
I do get a little blood in my mucus when I caugh, but my Dr said it's ok.

Maybe try a different vapor system. Most makes/models seem to be improving drastically lately.

This is where we have to get pro-active and demonstrate/educate people about the benefits of vaping vs. cigs.

Pacifier seems like a good way of putting it - at least with me so far. I'm still adjusting to a different way of dealing with it as opposed to smoking cigs. I'll take a few puffs, put it down...but then go back to it rather quickly. Its just taking some acclimation.

I'm getting a bit of blood in the mucus - but nothing too drastic. Much less than with the nose candy back in the 80s. :1orglaugh

I stopped smoking after 16 years without reading a book, ecigs or other....it's difficult only the first 3 weeks.

Yeah me too after the birth of my first born. People that use e-cigs look like douches.

I started at 16mg - but bought some flavs at 18mg lately.

I like the Absinthe and Honey Flu flavors.I have a local guy who sells all the Ecig stuff and makes his own juice as it's a hassle getting it from the states.

Wow, good thing vaping works for you. How did you do that? I tried vaping but when I did, I'm still looking for the feeling of really smoking cig, I don't feel like smoking when vaping but I really want to quit smoking. Urgh!

The vape cigs are the best thing going... Smooth, easy to limit the nicotine and much healthier...

Vape would be helpful to lessen your tobacco cigarette.

Switching to E Cigs aren't going to help all that much. You are still taking in loads of chemicals and most of the product you use comes from China and is unregulated so who knows what you are ingesting. You need to kick the whole habit. It's best to go cold turkey or try the drugs that are available. Quitting sucks for sure, its been 6 years for me I think and I still feel like smoking at least a few times a week.

Best way to keep from smoking is to remember that it makes your penis smaller.

tried e-cig for a month with a bit of tobacco cig, and i guess it's working, smoking less tobacco cig. but i have to agree, herb is still the best! :D
