1. he assaulted nobodyone count aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, one count of gross negligent operation, and one count of leaving the scene of an accident.

They arrested him. I'm guessing they didn't pull him over and ask him for his insurance info. I'm guessing they had to physically pull him off the tractor and he assaulted a number of police officers.

When you run over multiple cars with a tractor, it's gross negligent operation.
Intentional or not, it's still considered a car accident.

Too bad the tractor didn't have a loader, or he may have been able to stack them in a pile before leaving.. hehe. What's odd is that the cops (as observant as they are) learned about what was going on in their parking lot, from a 911 call.
