I have tried to get a couple accounts and have always been banned. I talked to a guy I know who works at their parent company and he also said the MODs on the site are nazi-like and they are VERY anti-porn.Comment

I guess it comes down to what they define as 'porn'. Obviously there's tons of nudies...but very little hard stuff. Funny how they don't seem to mind fetish, though. I took down all my adult stuff from my portfolio ages ago...just a vanilla/mainstream portfolio these days. I'm not very active on MM lately. Too many flaky models for my liking.Comment

Don?t do porn business on ModelMayhem. Contact models and have them email you. Do your business talk off the site, not in PMs. If you do it in PMs you leave the evidence for the models to report you. They won?t boot you if you do your business off the site and your portfolio doesn?t lead to porn related sites. Use it to your advantage, but don?t abuse it

Modelmayhem and Purestorm won't let me on despite posting all the required exif data and the tasteful pics I can muster up as a "photographer" etc.
Really pisses me off as I am at a HUGE disadvantage trying to secure new girls for shoots.

It's nwprophoto who is fucking with me.
This is the reason he keeps banning all my accounts since 2010: I posted a casting call that mentioned "hustler style" modeling. Then, without warning, he bans my account for "porn networking". And ever since he has been banning all my new accounts, with the reason "you were banned before".
Dammit...but I think mikesouth is right...will just rely on referrals from now on...I have a small list of models that I have previously worked with that I think might work.Comment

I you sell out to Manwin/Fabian like Dean Capture, maybe they will allow you to use MM to porn network through MM.
I now have two MM accounts that are very low key to look for new models. I do not use the style of photos I normally shoot.
